Seremar Center offers office rentals, events, and private practice support for therapists. Whether you join our coworking collective, attend an event, or host a training of your own, you are welcome here. Located in Encinitas, California, Seremar is a thoughtfully designed space where therapists can do their work, learn in community, grow their practices, and connect with others.
Event Room
Our event room is a bright, adaptable space designed to comfortably support medium sized groups. It can be arranged in a classroom format for trainings, set with chairs in a circle for group work, or left open to allow for movement and somatic practices. The room includes chairs, tables, a large screen television, and essential supplies.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, creating an easy, comfortable setting for workshops, support groups, trainings, and professional gatherings. The space accommodates up to 34 people with tables and chairs, or up to 50 with chair seating.
Office Rentals
We offer flexible office rentals for therapists and allied professionals seeking a serene space to work and see clients. You can reserve one or more recurring days each week, rent an office full-time, or book by the hour for as-needed use.
Whether you are seeing clients in person or need a private setting for telehealth, each room is thoughtfully designed for therapists.
This flexibility makes it easy to create a schedule that fits your life, whether you are just starting your private practice, or looking to expand and grow.
