At Seremar Collective, we know that working in private practice, or any solo profession, can sometimes feel isolating. Running your own business takes passion, but it can also take a lot of energy to stay connected with others who truly understand your journey. That’s why we created Seremar Collective: a space where you can grow your practice, while being surrounded by a supportive community.
Our mission is simple: to provide a welcoming environment where health and wellness professionals can flourish. Here, you’ll find a community rooted in collaboration, encouragement, and the shared belief that when we support one another, we make a greater impact on the world around us.
We provide thoughtfully designed office spaces for psychotherapists, health & wellness practitioners, and allied professionals who want the independence of running their own business, without the isolation of doing it all alone. Alongside your professional space, you’ll create a network of like-minded individuals who are dedicated to healing, growth, and service. You will also be able to access events and services centered on growing your practice from marketing, to clinical trainings, to business coaching.

Office Rental Information
Two Days Per Week:
$600 per month
Example: All Mondays and Tuesdays each month.
Three Days Per Week:
$900 per month
Example: All Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays each month.
Four Days Per Week:
$1200 per month
Example: All Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays each month.
Five Days Per Week:
$1500 per month
Example: All Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays each month.
Seven Days Per Week/Private Office:
$1500 per month
Unfurnished.

Shared waiting room for your clients
Complimentary tea, water, and snacks for clients

Mail service and business address use
Medical use approval within the City of Encinitas
High-speed Wi-Fi
