Building Trust: From First Contact To First Session
Join Rick Valentine, client acquisition expert, for a workshop on how to attract more clients by authentically building trust. Rick will introduce what he calls the “Three Levels of Trust,” all of which are crucial for clients to feel confident in beginning therapy: trust in you as the expert, trust in your process, and trust in themselves to succeed in that process. He will show how every form of outreach—whether social media, email, or other communication—can touch on one or more of these levels, and he will provide clear examples of how to put this into practice.
